Pet Policy

All pets must be registered and approved by the property. Dogs are subject to breed restrictions as specified in the Community Policies and Procedures, a copy of which is available upon request, and residents must provide vaccination records to obtain approval for the pet. Fees and charges are explained in the pricing detail for the unit.

Apartments in Bethesda

We truly value the people that call our apartments home. We offer complimentary gourmet coffee and fresh fruit water at our hospitality bar. Once you’re energized and ready for fun, there’s so much to see and do at your fingertips. Our beautiful rooftop pool and community room is a popular gathering spot in this resort-like community. Need to take work home or have a place to meet with your co-workers; a business center is available for use as well.  We are also home to popular eateries and retailers located right downstairs including Paul Bakery, Jaleo, Mon Ami Gabi and more. Delicious restaurants surround you as well as entertainment options like the Roundhouse Theater and Montgomery Mall.

Our studio, one, two or three bedroom apartments are creatively designed with open floor plans and details that you will truly appreciate. Light fills your home through our floor to ceiling windows and gives a sense sophistication with the views of the surrounding city views. Parking is provided on-site. No car? No problem.  Our ideal location in downtown Bethesda puts you close to the metro line, so getting everywhere is quick and easy.
